Faire le grand saut pas \u00e0 pas !"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<p class=\"column\">L\u2019elevator Pitch... une \u00e9tape importante pour faire avancer son projet, son entreprise, son id\u00e9e...<br \/>\nQuelque soit votre secteur, vous aurez (ou avez d\u00e9j\u00e0) eu \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un \u00ab pitch \u00bb.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l\u2019origine : Une personne coinc\u00e9e dans un ascenseur avec son patron... La chance d\u2019une vie et aucune porte de sortie ! \u00c0 peine le temps de la mont\u00e9e... Une \u00e0 deux minutes pour pr\u00e9senter l'id\u00e9e qui va changer votre vie.Alors on ravale son stress et on s\u2019y pr\u00e9pare d\u00e8s maintenant ! La plupart du temps, vous aurez entre 2 et 20 minutes pour convaincre votre auditoire que votre entreprise (ou votre projet) est construit sur des bases solides et qu\u2019il est plein d\u2019avenir. Il s\u2019agit donc de bien savoir vendre vos id\u00e9es et de susciter la curiosit\u00e9 de la part de votre auditoire. \u00ab Bien s\u2019informer sur son interlocuteur, c\u2019est 50% de r\u00e9ussite \u00bb.<br \/>\nCependant, attention aux faux pas : Il ne s\u2019agit pas de d\u00e9tailler tout ce qui compose votre projet mais plut\u00f4t de convaincre qu\u2019il vaut le coup de s\u2019y attarder. Pour se faire, pensez \u00e0 bien vous renseigner sur les personnes \u00e0 qui vous pr\u00e9sentez : adaptez votre dialogue pour mieux performer et toucher votre cible. Inutile de parler de la pluie et du beau\u00a0temps : allez directement \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel et d\u00e9voilez vos atouts et votre arme secr\u00e8te... Que vous d\u00e9montrerez par des exemples concrets. Vous pourrez alors illustrer cette partie par une version chiffr\u00e9e de vos propos : Il s\u2019agira alors d\u2019\u00eatre optimiste, r\u00e9aliste mais surtout coh\u00e9rent. Une projection sur 3 ans est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement demand\u00e9e pour appuyer la viabilit\u00e9 du projet (chiffre d\u2019affaires, d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l\u2019international, recrutement...).<\/p>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir parl\u00e9 de vos sources de revenus et de d\u00e9penses, il s\u2019agira d\u2019expliquer votre strat\u00e9gie de communication et la mani\u00e8re dont vous allez vous faire conna\u00eetre. Avez-vous des op\u00e9rations de lancement ? Des relais d\u2019informations ? Quelles sont les personnes qui composent votre \u00e9quipe ? Quel est leur r\u00f4le et comment vont-elles vous aider \u00e0 mener \u00e0 bien votre projet ?<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, \u00e0 vous d\u2019annoncer honn\u00eatement la situation actuelle de votre projet ? O\u00f9 en \u00eates- vous dans le financement ? Dans le d\u00e9veloppement de votre client\u00e8le ?<\/p>\n<p>Et pour finir, rien de mieux que de conclure votre pitch sur son enjeu principal : de quoi avez-vous besoin aujourd\u2019hui ? Pourquoi pr\u00e9sentez-vous votre entreprise\/projet ? Chiffrez vos besoins et illustrez-les par des photos, ou des utilisations quotidiennes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9capituler : 3 \u00e9l\u00e9ments viennent ponctuer votre pitch oral :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une version textuelle (ou executive summary) : Elle doit reprendre votre plan et d\u00e9taille votre argumentaire ;<\/li>\n<li>Une version chiffr\u00e9e : Elle vient appuyer votre business model et valide votre plan de financement, de revenus et de co\u00fbts. Il vous faudra \u00eatre optimiste, r\u00e9aliste mais surtout coh\u00e9rent : une pr\u00e9vision sur 3 ans est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appliqu\u00e9e pour appuyer la viabilit\u00e9 de votre projet ;<\/li>\n<li>Une version de pr\u00e9sentation : Elle doit, comme son nom l\u2019indique, synth\u00e9tiser votre prestation orale et doit imp\u00e9rativement faire tenir votre argumentaire sur moins de 12 slides. Si vous avez des vid\u00e9os, des images ou des maquettes, pensez \u00e0 mettre des captures d\u2019\u00e9cran et vos fichiers originaux : nombreuses sont les pr\u00e9sentations qui basculent (dans le mauvais sens du terme) \u00e0 cause d\u2019une connexion internet absente...
