ICMAAE, association qui \u0153uvre \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion professionnelle des populations d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce aux nouvelles technologies, a pu ainsi rejoindre Wojo. Rencontre avec Amine Tmiri, co-fondateur de l\u2019Institut, qui nous d\u00e9taille leurs actions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ICMAAE, association centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019inclusion professionnelle des populations d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.icmaae.foundation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L\u2019Institut de la Connaissance des M\u00e9thodes d\u2019Apprentissage Autonome et d\u2019\u00c9veil<\/a> (ICMAAE) a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2017. <strong>Sa mission&nbsp;? Accompagner des populations d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es dans l\u2019apprentissage des m\u00e9tiers du web et de l\u2019IT pour favoriser leur insertion professionnelle et leur autonomie \u00e9conomique.<\/strong> ICMAAE fonctionne aujourd\u2019hui gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 treize b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, deux salari\u00e9s en France, et un \u00e0 deux salari\u00e9s dans chaque programme international.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gen\u00e8se et fonctionnement de ICMAAE<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons fond\u00e9 ICMAAE suite \u00e0 l\u2019adoption de la r\u00e9solution <a href=\"https:\/\/undocs.org\/A\/RES\/72\/130\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A-RES 72\/130<\/a>, le 8 d\u00e9cembre 2017, au sein des Nations Unies, qui a abouti \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de la Journ\u00e9e Internationale du Vivre Ensemble en Paix&nbsp;\u00bb explique Amine Tmiri. <strong>ICMAAE part du principe que la connaissance permet d\u2019apporter des r\u00e9ponses et des solutions aux d\u00e9fis que pr\u00e9sentent les<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/fr\/objectifs-de-developpement-durable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>17 objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong><\/a><strong> des Nations Unies<\/strong> pour lutter contre la pauvret\u00e9, la d\u00e9gradation de l\u2019environnement, la faim, etc.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<strong>L\u2019Institut collecte des ressources num\u00e9riques utiles, sous forme de capsules de connaissances. Par exemple, comment apprendre \u00e0 coder une application pour devenir freelance sur le march\u00e9 international<\/strong>&nbsp;? Comment d\u00e9velopper un site de vente ou de commerce en ligne&nbsp;? L\u2019innovation technologique soutient en filigrane chacune de ces initiatives, avec la volont\u00e9 de lui donner du sens et d\u2019\u00eatre utile au plus grand nombre.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les peuples premiers<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u00c0 eux seuls, ils prot\u00e8gent 80 % de la biodiversit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb explique Amine Tmiri.&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Dans les luttes pour les grandes causes environnementales, les tribus sont au premier rang.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb <\/p>\n<p>Pour les soutenir, ICMAAE invite par exemple les grandes entreprises \u00e0 offrir un pourcentage des frais de leurs voyages d'affaires \u00e0 des associations qui \u0153uvrent pour la protection des tribus (ex : Fondation Janetoscar, Association Wayanga, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Institut travaille aussi avec de grands noms de la photographie, tels Frank Vogel ou Aman Chotani, \u00e0 la construction d\u2019une carte mondiale des peuples autochtones recensant des informations sur la culture et leurs sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s. Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne peut pas avancer sans cette \u00e9galit\u00e9. Elle ne peut que boiter<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb mart\u00e8le Amine Tmiri. Nous avons contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une \u00e9conomie qui aide de jeunes cr\u00e9atrices \u00e0 travailler sur des th\u00e9matiques pr\u00e9cises (Fast Fashion, Ethical Fashion, etc.)&nbsp;\u00bb Certains des cr\u00e9ateurs incub\u00e9s dans ce programme ont d\u2019ailleurs pu exposer leur talent lors des march\u00e9s de No\u00ebl organis\u00e9s sur les sites Wojo.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019inclusion<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;II est impossible d\u2019aborder les notions de vivant et de vivre ensemble en paix sans cette notion d\u2019inclusion&nbsp;\u00bb insiste Amine. <strong>Pour ICMAAE, l\u2019inclusion passe par le travail avec des communaut\u00e9s de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et des minorit\u00e9s locales.<\/strong> \u00ab&nbsp;On constate une acceptation de choses inacceptables \u00e0 cause de la d\u00e9pendance \u00e9conomique, familiale, etc. \u00e0 laquelle il faut rem\u00e9dier.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>La technologie de e-learning <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.linkedin.com\/company\/enkun\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EnKuN<\/strong><\/a><strong> permet aux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences qui leur ouvrent ensuite les portes de m\u00e9tiers de prestige, o\u00f9 il y a une p\u00e9nurie aggrav\u00e9e en France. <\/strong>\u00ab&nbsp;Ils participent ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019excellence num\u00e9rique et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise dans les nouvelles technologies, dans un contexte international extr\u00eamement concurrentiel, tout en devenant des contributeurs fiscaux&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:gallery {\"linkTo\":\"none\"} --><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped\"><!-- wp:image --><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<p><!-- \/wp:image --><\/figure>\n<p><!-- \/wp:gallery --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Chaque r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 a acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des formations en soft skills (langue, int\u00e9gration, culture) et hard skills (comp\u00e9tences techniques). ICMAAE s\u2019est positionn\u00e9e comme <strong>la premi\u00e8re association de service num\u00e9rique (ASN)<\/strong> <strong>en France.<\/strong> Elle a adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la convention Syntec afin de proposer \u00e0 des entreprises des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s form\u00e9s par l\u2019Institut.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les enfants&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;C\u2019est notre fiert\u00e9&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb <strong>ICMAAE g\u00e8re dans l\u2019Atlas marocain deux centres d\u2019enseignement au num\u00e9rique qui accueillent 900 enfants de 7 \u00e0 21 ans, nourris et log\u00e9s<\/strong>. \u00ab&nbsp;On y a construit des incubateurs, des studios audios, etc. pour aider ces enfants \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences digitales n\u00e9cessaires aujourd\u2019hui et leur enseigner les langues. Par exemple, la Fondation de l\u2019UEFA nous apporte son support sur les initiatives \u00e9ducatives bas\u00e9es sur le sport. IBM nous soutient \u00e0 travers son programme \u00ab&nbsp;Global University Programs Leader for Africa&nbsp;\u00bb, qui fournit des modules de cours dans l\u2019apprentissage des derni\u00e8res technologies de l\u2019information (AI, Blockchain, etc\u2026). Mosalingua nous soutient pour les cours de langue. La pr\u00e9fecture des Hauts de Seine parraine notre programme pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. Quand on re\u00e7oit des directeurs RSE, nos locaux nous aident beaucoup<\/strong>&nbsp;! On passe de l\u2019image d\u2019une association arm\u00e9e d\u2019un b\u00e2ton de p\u00e8lerin \u00e0 une image moderne, qui montre que l\u2019on sait travailler. Nos bureaux nous apportent une cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire vis-\u00e0-vis des acteurs institutionnels.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Dans les prochains mois, Amine Tmiri souhaite encourager les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s membres chez Wojo (et les autres&nbsp;!) \u00e0 mobiliser l\u2019intelligence collective au sein d\u2019ateliers multi disciplinaires cherchant des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques du futur.
