Pour 2025, nous avons obtenu le score de 84\/100. Dans le d\u00e9tail, suite \u00e0 des mouvements internes ayant modifi\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre existant, Wojo obtient 34\/40 pour l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, 25\/35 pour l\u2019\u00e9cart de r\u00e9partition des augmentations individuelles entre les femmes et les hommes, 15\/15 pour le pourcentage de salari\u00e9es augment\u00e9es au retour de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9 et 10\/10 pour la parit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes parmi les dix plus hautes r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations. Pour remonter \u00e0 ses niveaux ant\u00e9rieurs (94\/100 en 2024 et 2023), Wojo a mis en place un plan d\u2019action imm\u00e9diat, avec la promotion de plusieurs profils f\u00e9minins ayant les comp\u00e9tences suffisantes pour \u00e9voluer. Nous proposons une exp\u00e9rience de travail riche et \u00e9panouissante, dans des b\u00e2timents pens\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact environnemental de nos activit\u00e9s et celles de nos membres. Quand on sait qu\u2019en France, le secteur tertiaire est le 3e consommateur d\u2019\u00e9nergie et le 2e \u00e9metteur de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (GES)1<\/sup> , cela incite \u00e0 redoubler d\u2019efforts !<\/p>\n\n

Avec la volont\u00e9 de trouver de nouveaux leviers d\u2019am\u00e9lioration, nous avons missionn\u00e9 en 2022 SOCOTEC Environnement pour r\u00e9aliser le premier bilan carbone des activit\u00e9s de Wojo, sur l\u2019ensemble de nos sites.2<\/sup><\/p>\n\n

Il en ressort qu\u2019un m\u00b2 de bureau occup\u00e9 chez Wojo consomme beaucoup moins d\u2019\u00e9nergie et \u00e9met beaucoup moins de CO2 qu\u2019un bureau traditionnel, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mutualisation des espaces et \u00e0 nos efforts de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9. Parce que sur ces sujets, il importe d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9cis, voici des chiffres3<\/sup> qui, on l\u2019esp\u00e8re, vous parleront autant qu\u2019\u00e0 nous:<\/p>\n\n

Tous les nouveaux b\u00e2timents op\u00e9r\u00e9s par Wojo ont au moins une certification haute qualit\u00e9 environnementale (BREAM\u00ae, HQETM<\/sup>, Well, BBC, LEEDTM<\/sup>), qu\u2019ils soient neufs ou livr\u00e9s apr\u00e8s une restructuration lourde. Nos cloisons sont compos\u00e9es de 20 \u00e0 30% de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s, sans colle ni pl\u00e2tre pour favoriser leur r\u00e9utilisation sur plusieurs d\u00e9cennies. Le mobilier propos\u00e9 dans nos bureaux privatifs est fabriqu\u00e9 en Italie, avec des mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une longue garantie. Nous nous appuyons sur un guide qui introduit l\u2019\u00e9co-conception dans la mani\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9nager nos espaces, et nous choisissons des mat\u00e9riaux labellis\u00e9s (bois, textile, peinture).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nous accompagnons les entreprises dans la mise en place du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pour r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9placements pendulaires et am\u00e9liorer le taux d\u2019occupation des bureaux. La mobilit\u00e9 durable est \u00e9galement encourag\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des parkings \u00e0 v\u00e9lo. D\u00e9sormais, tous les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones mobiles de nos collaborateurs.rices sont achet\u00e9s reconditionn\u00e9s.
Nous travaillons aussi sans rel\u00e2che \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation de nos espaces et de leur taux d\u2019occupation, afin de valoriser au mieux l\u2019\u00e9nergie et les ressources n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur fonctionnement.
