Our team will select the venue and setup best suited to your project.

How many guests can the spaces accommodate?

Depending on the location and the chosen configuration, Wojo spaces can accommodate anything from small groups to events with up to 200 attendees. The exact capacity depends on the venue, the format, and the desired layout.

Can I book a Wojo space for exclusive use?

Yes, certain bars, terraces, rooftops, rooms or floors can be entirely privatized. Our teams offer you the available spaces according to your date, the number of guests and the type of event.

What equipements are included with the booking?

The booking includes secure high-speed Wi-Fi, projection equipment and connectivity, room setup, guest reception, and technical and logistical support. Available equipment may vary depending on the location and the chosen format.

Can catering services be arranged?

Naturally, breakfast, a gourmet break, lunch, cocktails, or bespoke catering services can be incorporated into your event. Vegetarian options and local or seasonal products may also be offered, depending on the chosen package.

Can I customize the space with my company branding?

Yes. Signage, décor, lighting, furniture, floral arrangements, and visual branding can all be tailored to your company’s identity, subject to the venue’s technical capabilities.

Can Wojo handle the entire organization?

Our teams support you every step of the way, from selecting the venue to coordinating the event itself. You can add services such as catering, entertainment, décor, filming, or security, all of which we coordinate, to create a turnkey package.

How far in advance should I book?

It is advisable to plan ahead as much as possible, especially for major events and periods of high demand. However, bookings made closer to the date may still be considered, subject to availability.

Can I visit the space before booking?

Certainly! We invite you to contact us to view the venue, check its layout, and specify the technical or logistical requirements for your event.

Can I earn ALL points with my booking?

Yes, ALL program members earn points when booking a Wojo space for more than eight people, subject to the program’s applicable terms and conditions.
