Pay-as-you-go coworking meets occasional needs. The membership is designed for regular use and offers additional benefits, including unlimited access to the Wojo network and the community of over 8,000 members, as well as access to events, printing credits, and meeting room booking credits.
Is the subscription commitment-free?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties or exit fees.
Can I try out a coworking space before signing up for a membership?
By contacting our team, you can book a discovery day to experience the coworking space, its atmosphere, and its services before choosing a regular plan.
How do I book a workstation?
It’s very easy. For a one-off booking, simply create an account on the Wojo app or website, locate a space that suits your needs, and book directly online. Then, all you have to do is arrive and get set up. To sign up for a membership, contact our team using the dedicated form; they will arrange a meeting at one of our locations to finalize your contract and issue your access badge.
Can I access multiple Wojo locations with my membership?
Yes. You choose a Wojo site as your home base and can book unlimited coworking space across the entire Wojo network for free whenever you travel.
Are phone calls allowed?
To avoid disturbing the concentration of other coworkers, these calls can be made in the provided phone booths.
What are the opening hours for the coworking spaces?
They vary depending on the locations and the chosen plan. Our subscribed members have 24/7 access to Wojo locations using their personal badge.
Can I invite colleagues to join me in the coworking space?
Yes. You can book multiple workstations in the same area, subject to availability, or contact Wojo to arrange a solution tailored to your team. Conversations are not permitted in the coworking areas in order to maintain a quiet environment for everyone. The bar areas, break-out areas, and meeting rooms are available for informal discussions.
Can I leave personal belongings in the coworking space?
Wojo locations offer secure lockers where you can store your belongings when you step away or leave the office for the evening and plan to return the next day.
Can I book an additional meeting room?
Yes. Meeting rooms and private offices can be booked on an ad-hoc basis via your customer account or the app, subject to site availability.
Is the offer suitable for businesses?
